Strong Efficiency With Advance Excel and Insurance (Formulas, Lookups, Combinations, etc)\n\nEmplyment Type: Contract.\nThe contract is extended on a year-on-year basis, depending on performance.\n\nJob Title\nProcess Associate/ Senior Process Associate\n\nDepartment\nEB Operations (Enrollment)\n\nLocation\nMumbai\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and maintain employee data for clients.\nOversee Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies (Employee Health and Benefits policies)\nCoordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, correction through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.\nMaintain endorsement tracker and ensure timely updates in system.\nBuild and maintain relationships with insurers, clients’ HR and Finance teams, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).\nAssist clients’ HR in data and CD statement reconciliation with insurer support.\nPrepare weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and data statements for clients and client executives.\nSupport client executives with data management for policy renewals.\nEffectively manage data on internal enrollment portals\nProvide assistance and resolve client queries through iTrack (ticketing tool).\nConduct periodic data reconciliation and submit the report to client.\nCoordinate with TPAs for E-cards, DNF claims and no claim confirmation for deletion endorsement processing.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies\n\nTechnical Skills\nProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).\nFamiliarity with insurance policy management systems.\n\nCore Competencies\nAnalytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.\nCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nRelationship Management: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.\nAttention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management.\nProcess Orientation: Continuous improvement mindset with a strong orientation towards process efficiency.\n\nPrior Experience\n3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on policy servicing operations.\nDomain knowledge in insurance preferred.\n\nEducation/Qualification\nAny Bachelor’s degree required.\nRelevant work experience in B2C environments is desirable.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nAbility to gather and review documentation for policy assessments.\nExperience in validating policies and issuing documents to clients, including certificates of insurance.\nCollaborate with policy administration specialists to support corrections and mid-term changes.\nKnowledge of market nuances related to policy servicing is essential.
