Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Member of the Board of Advisors - With Investment. The Advisor will provide strategic guidance to the company on business growth, financial planning, and market expansion initiatives. Responsibilities include offering insights based on industry trends, contributing to fundraising efforts, and supporting the development of innovative strategies. The Advisor is expected to provide expertise in evaluating complex projects and investments, while maintaining an active involvement in crucial decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and experience in fundraising strategy development
- Proficient Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate complex business models and investment opportunities
- Excellent Research skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- Knowledge of Marketing to guide promotional and market penetration strategies
- Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities, particularly in innovation-driven industries
- Commitment to actively contribute time and expertise while working in a remote environment
- Professional experience in R&D, deep-tech, or startup ecosystems is an advantage
