Centre tour to prospective students and parents\n- Help in conducting activities in and outside the office premises related to student enrollment\n- Maintain records on a regular basis. Proper filing and documentation of the enrolled candidates\n- Share reports as per agreed TAT\n- Error free data, ensure correctness of the records\n- Ensure front desk is tidy; timely availability of all necessary stationery and material to the faculty\n- First point of contact for all student and parent’s grievances, interactions & any issues. Attending queries and escalating it to concerned department.\n- Taking care of all the external correspondence - couriers, calls, e-mails in consultation with Enrolment Lead and Centre Manager.\n- Giving prior information to the students for fee collection.
