About Increff\nIncreff is the most preferred retail SaaS partner, solving complex inventory management and supply chain challenges for retailers seeking to revolutionize their supply chains both technologically and operationally.\n\nRole Description\nThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Development Representative. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Increff, you will drive the top of our outbound sales funnel through two parallel tracks: onboarding and enabling agency partners to generate qualified leads on Increff's behalf, and running your own outbound motion through cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.\nOnce you generate a qualified lead and book a discovery meeting, you will hand it off to an Account Executive with all the relevant context documented in Salesforce. This is a high-ownership role where your pipeline contribution is directly visible to leadership.\n\nResponsibilities\nIdentify, onboard, and enable agency partners — train them on Increff's ICP and value proposition so they can generate pipeline effectively.\nRun your own outbound motion: cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach targeting decision-makers in fashion, apparel, FMCG, and retail.\nProspect target accounts using Apollo.io, Seamless.ai, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; build and maintain an accurate, up-to-date contact database.\nCraft compelling, tailored messaging for CXOs, VP Operations, Supply Chain Heads, and Merchandising leaders.\nQualify prospects against defined ICP criteria and document all activities, leads, and interactions in Salesforce CRM.\nBook discovery meetings and hand off warm, well-briefed leads to the Account Executive team with full deal context.\nContinuously iterate on outreach sequences and agency playbooks based on conversion data and feedback.\nCollaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership on territory planning, campaign alignment, and messaging improvements.\n\nQualifications\n2–4 years of outbound B2B SaaS SDR or BDR experience with a demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding lead generation targets.\nConfident cold caller — you pick up the phone without hesitation and can engage and qualify senior stakeholders effectively.\nExperience writing and optimizing cold email sequences and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.\nAbility to onboard, manage, and motivate external agency partners toward shared goals.\nHands-on proficiency with Apollo.io and/or Seamless.ai for prospecting and contact enrichment.\nWorking knowledge of Salesforce CRM — creating and updating leads, logging call/email activities, and managing pipeline stages accurately.\nMinimum 15 qualified leads generated per month across own outbound and agency channel.\nMeeting booking rate and pipeline contribution reviewed on a monthly and quarterly basis.\nSalesforce hygiene maintained at 100% — all leads and activities logged within 24 hours.\nPrior exposure to retail, fashion, apparel, FMCG, or supply chain SaaS is a strong advantage.\nExcellent written and spoken communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a bonus.\nSelf-motivated, data-driven, and highly organized — you own your numbers and your pipeline.
