Branch Manager – Partner Business


Job Overview

We are a well-established B2B wealth platform with a network of 20,000+ partners across India, supported by 200+ Wealth Managers and offering 13+ wealth products. With strong partner-first processes, a robust platform, and a high-impact L&D ecosystem, we aim to deepen partner engagement and scale distribution.

As a Branch Manager – Partner Business, you will be responsible for driving branch-level strategy, leading a team of Wealth Managers, and scaling the partner ecosystem to achieve business growth across wealth products.

Key Responsibilities


  • Branch Leadership & Strategy
  • Own and drive the overall business strategy for the branch aligned with organizational goals
  • Set revenue targets and ensure achievement across all wealth product lines
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and drive profitability


  • Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Wealth Managers / Relationship Managers
  • Drive productivity, performance, and capability building within the team
  • Work closely with L&D to enhance team effectiveness


  • Partner Acquisition & Growth
  • Drive acquisition of new partners including IFAs, Sub-brokers, and distributors
  • Expand and strengthen the existing partner network
  • Identify high-potential partners and scale their business contribution


  • Business Development
  • Drive sales across products such as AIFs, MLDs, Debentures, Bonds, and Life Insurance (in-house & third-party)
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies


  • Training & Enablement
  • Ensure partners are well-trained on product offerings and market updates
  • Conduct and oversee training programs and workshops


  • Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards
  • Maintain high levels of process discipline and documentation


Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA / PGDM or relevant degree
  • 6–10 years of experience in BFSI / Wealth Management
  • Proven experience in handling B2B / Partner Distribution channels
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building ability
  • Strong business acumen with a result-oriented approach


Preferred Profile

  • Experience in managing a branch or regional role in wealth/BFSI
  • Exposure to products like AIFs, Structured Products, Bonds, and Insurance
  • Strong network within IFA / Sub-broker ecosystem
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in team leadership, driving productivity, revenue targets, and team development.
