Designation : Salesforce Architect\nLocation : New Delhi – Jasola District Centre\nCompany Website : www.tlcgroup.com\n\nJob Description\nManaging end-to-end project life cycle of Salesforce implementations including Business Process workshops,\nDocumentation, Project Management, Account Management, Pre-Sales, Client Engagement.\nSalesforce skills include Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Processes, Communities, Apex Customization, Integration with\nexternal systems and Data Migration.\nProvide Pre-Sales support by delivering customized product demos, mapping client requirements to Salesforce solutions\nand drafting implementation proposals.\nMentor new hires and responsible for ensuring progress as per the growth plan.\nUndertook analysis of existing operations towards identifying and recommending improvement levers to achieve greater\noperational efficiency.\nIncreased productivity of administrative and sales functions through designing information databases to include\ncustomized reports, automated alerts and reduce human error in tracking, order processing and payment collections\nEvaluated the existing pricing model and identified mispricing of certain products.
