  1. Role Overview:

We are looking for a revenue-focused Sales Team Leader to drive admissions and learner acquisition for Online MBA and Executive Education programs.

The role requires strong consultative sales capability, team leadership, and daily revenue execution discipline.

The ideal candidate should be capable of:

  • managing high-performing counseling teams,
  • improving conversions,
  • driving revenue targets,
  • and building a premium learner engagement experience.

This is a frontline business role with direct ownership of team performance and admissions revenue.


  1. Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Sales Performance
  • Drive team admissions and revenue targets
  • Monitor daily sales activity, conversions, and enrollments
  • Improve lead-to-admission conversion ratios
  • Ensure strong pipeline movement and follow-up discipline
Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and manage admissions counselors and sales executives
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
  • Build a high-accountability and high-performance sales culture
Consultative Admissions Sales
  • Guide learners in selecting the right programs based on career goals
  • Handle complex or high-value learner conversations when required
  • Ensure a professional and consultative learner engagement process
Sales Operations
  • Maintain CRM discipline and reporting accuracy
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smoother execution
  • Track team productivity, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics
  1. Candidate Profile


  • 5–7 years of experience in Higher Education / EdTech sales
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing admissions or sales teams
  • Strong exposure to consultative sales and learner counseling
  • Experience in Online MBA, Executive Education, or university admissions preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
