Business Hub Expert - Lead to Cash and Service

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables) Analyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners​ Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization & standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing​ Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes​ Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transition​ Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system​ Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/segments)​ Under coordination of the training lead, help with the creation of training material and, if required, end user training.
