Job Description
The Hiring Manager will oversee and manage the recruitment process, including identifying and attracting top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The role involves collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and maintaining service quality. The Hiring Manager will also contribute to training efforts to enhance team capabilities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications Proven experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and candidate engagement Experience in Service Quality management and maintaining high standards in recruitment workflows Ability to provide effective Training to enhance the performance of recruitment teams Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
