CÉ LA VI Mumbai is seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead our venue, drive performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with our brand standards.\n\nGeneral Manager Responsibilities:\n\n- Oversee all aspects of venue operations to drive performance, profitability, and operational excellence.\n- Lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment focused on development and engagement.\n- Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered, enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.\n- Develop and execute the venue’s strategic business plan, aligning with CÉ LA VI’s brand objectives, core values, and annual goals.\n- Drive the growth and engagement of the venue’s membership program, building a strong and loyal community.\n- Maintain full accountability for financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.\n- Collaborate with key stakeholders to continuously elevate the guest experience and operational efficiency.\n- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\n\n- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within a high-end hospitality or F&B environment.\n- Previous experience managing or working within high-end membership clubs or private lounges is highly preferred.\n- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth, including membership-based business models.\n- Exceptional leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.\n- Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest experience management.\n- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.\n- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\n- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.\n\nIf you’re ready to lead one of Mumbai’s most exciting lifestyle destinations and shape an exclusive member-driven experience at CÉ LA VI, we would love to hear from you!\n\nThe CÉ LA VI Group is a premier lifestyle and hospitality brand renowned for its commitment to delivering elevated experiences at iconic locations around the world.
