Job Description

The ARCON PAM Lead will be responsible for overseeing the Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution, ensuring secure and compliant management of privileged accounts across the organization. This role requires expertise in ARCON PAM administration, audit compliance, database management, log review strategies, and disaster recovery preparedness and drills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of ARCON PAM.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external audit requirements, including preparation and participation in audit rounds.
  • Manage and maintain MS SQL databases supporting ARCON PAM infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement strategies for reviewing ARCON logs, recordings, and reports to detect anomalies and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct and manage quarterly Disaster Recovery (DR) drills to validate PAM system resilience and business continuity.
  • Collaborate with IT security, compliance, and operations teams to enforce privileged access policies.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of PAM services.
  • Document processes, configurations, audit findings, and DR drill outcomes for transparency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Overall 10-12 years of experience with proven experience as an ARCON PAM administrator or lead.
  • Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management concepts and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with MS SQL database administration.
  • Familiarity with audit processes, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to design and implement log review strategies for ARCON PAM.
  • Experience in planning and executing DR drills or business continuity exercises.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in integrating ARCON PAM with enterprise applications and directories.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
