Job Description
• Good knowledge in identifying the issues and providing quick resolutions\nKnowledge in capturing and analyzing thread dumps and heap dumps.\nExperience in analyzing and fine tuning the server parameters (JVM Size, Thread pool size, Garbage Collection Process etc.) for achieving better performance.\n\nGood-to-Have\nPerforming in- depth technical root cause analysis for high priority IIS issues Recommending tuning adjustments to resolve complex performance issues\nProviding input and insight on Web Services architecture and build processes Setting standards for the configuration of new applications.\nAssisting with application release process improvements and automation Mentoring team members on IIS configurations and architecture best practices Collaborating with infrastructure and application development teams to ensure optimal performance of IIS- related websites.\nExperience in IIS administration, installation, migration and configuration Strong understanding of Windows Server 2008/ 2012, load balancers, general networking, and firewall concepts Excellent critical thinking and problem- solving skills Experience with IIS.\nLog analysis/ configuration Experience designing and architecting Web servers with clustering and load balancing technologies.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working with IIS 7.5 - websites, virtual directories, application Pools, etc. Familiar with basic IIS security.\nExperience with HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, Clustering, Load balancing, and Oracle RAC.\nExperience in Weblogic Operations Control.\nGood knowledge in creating and configuring domains in Oracle HTTP Server (OHS).\nGood knowledge in configuring the plugins between OHS and WebLogic server.\nKnowledge in Linux commands and shell scripting.\nHandling Troubleshooting logs\n\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nRegular Operations Support.\nAsset and Competency Development (update existing SOPs and create new one based on day to-day activities).\nStrive for looking best practices in industry, analyze existing environment and propose remediation plans.\n\n15 years of Continuous Education.
