Job Title: Customer Success Associate\nLocation: Onsite Pune\n\nJob Overview:\nThe ideal candidate will have Degree- BE/BCA/MCA, 2yrs+ of experience and excellent communication skills and join immediately.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nYou'll answer challenging product queries of highly qualified customers from all around the world over chat, email, and phone.\nYou'll engage in remote web sessions to troubleshoot technical issues at customers' end.\nYou'll collaborate with product specialists to find creative solutions to customer business problems.\nYou'll follow-up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.\nYou'll test the product and report malfunctions.\nYou'll absorb pressure and keep calm.\n\nKey Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nAbility to communicate fluently in English.\nExcellent comprehension skills with the ability to read between the lines.\nAdaptability to work in shifts.\nA positive attitude and empathy.\nMeticulous, systematic and attention to detail.\nExtrasensory perception (ESP) to read customer minds is a plus.
