Job Title: Assistant Manager – Marketing (Real Estate) – RAHEJA Location: Navi Mumbai Company: Leading Real Estate Consultancy (Mandate Role for Premium Developer Projects) Role Overview We’re looking for someone who can own end-to-end marketing for residential real estate projects. This isn’t a pure branding role. You’ll be directly responsible for driving leads, supporting sales, and ensuring inventory movement through sharp planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities 1. Project Marketing & Launch Strategy Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches Define positioning, pricing support inputs, and target audience segments Work closely with sales teams to align marketing with inventory movement goals 2. Campaign Planning & Execution Lead digital and offline campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, portals, etc.) Coordinate with agencies for creatives, media planning, and performance tracking Continuously optimize campaigns based on CPL, site visits, and conversions 3.

Lead Management & Sales Enablement Monitor lead flow, quality, and conversion funnel Work with CRM and sales teams to improve site visits and bookings Create sales collaterals, pitch decks, and project communication tools 4. Events & Activations Conceptualize and execute on-ground events, launch events, and promotional activities Drive innovative campaigns (offers, lucky draws, experiential marketing) to boost demand 6. Strategic Planning, AOPs & Reporting Prepare detailed Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) for strategic business planning across projects and launches Develop forecasting models, budgeting plans, revenue projections, and marketing allocation strategies Create complex Excel-based trackers, business models, and analytical reports for management decision-making Prepare PowerPoint presentations, strategy decks, and review reports for leadership and developer discussions Analyze campaign performance, sales trends, inventory movement, and market intelligence to support strategic planning and business growth 7.

Market Intelligence Track competing projects, pricing, and campaigns Provide insights to refine positioning and marketing strategy Key Requirements 2 - 3 years of experience in real estate marketing (developer or IPC/consulting side) Strong understanding of residential sales cycles and buyer behaviour Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint- This is a Non Negotiable Ability to prepare complex AOPs, business plans, financial projections, and strategic presentations – Non Negotiable Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail- Non Negotiable Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (sales, agencies, developers) Comfortable with data, numbers, and performance tracking – Non Negotiable What We’re Looking For (Key Personality Traits) Someone who takes ownership, not just executes tasks Sharp thinking with a bias for action Ability to handle pressure during launches and high-stakes timelines Commercial mindset, focused on driving business and sales outcomes Strong presentation and strategic planning capability Why This Role You’ll get direct exposure to high-value real estate projects, including premium and luxury developments, and play a key role in driving their market success.
