Product Manager - Credit Flow
Job Description
Description
We are looking for a high-ownership Product Manager who can take our credit product from idea → PRD → design → tech → launch → iteration . This is not a strategy-only role. You’ll be deep in flows, APIs, lender rules, edge cases, drop-offs, and execution working daily
with designers and engineers to ship fast and improve conversion.
What you’ll own
%CF; End-to-end ownership of the Pice Credit product journey — onboarding, eligibility, consent, KYC, offer generation, disbursal, and post-disbursal flows.
%CF; Ownership of every screen, API dependency, failure case, and fallback journey.
%CF; Convert business requirements into PRDs, user stories, flow charts, and acceptance criteria that engineering can build without ambiguity.
%CF; Drive features from 0 → 1 and 1 → N, ensuring fast and clean releases.
%CF; Be obsessive about edge cases, error handling, retries, and alternate journeys
%CF; Sit with designers to create simple, trust-building, high-conversion credit journeys.
%CF; Partner with engineers to break down requirements, resolve blockers, and make trade-offs when needed.
%CF; Understand and implement lender rules, eligibility logic, BREs, consent frameworks, KYC flows, and disbursal logic.
%CF; Ensure compliance-ready journeys while keeping UX fast and frictionless.
%CF; Track funnel metrics such as drop-offs, approval rates, disbursal %, and TAT.
%CF; Identify bottlenecks and push improvements that directly move conversion and revenue.
%CF; Use data, feedback, and ops inputs to continuously refine the product.
What we’re looking for
%CF; 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager in a tech-driven product.
%CF; Strong execution mindset: you care deeply about getting things shipped.
%CF; Comfort working with APIs, backend-driven flows, and system logic.
%CF; Ability to turn messy business inputs into clear, structured product requirements.
%CF; Strong communication skills and the ability to push alignment across teams.
Big Plus If You Have
%CF; Prior experience in fintech, lending, payments, or credit products.
%CF; Exposure to KYC, bureau checks, loan journeys, NBFC integrations.
%CF; Experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, WebEngage.
%CF; Startup experience where speed, ownership, and ambiguity were the norm.
