Field Executive

Engineer Plus is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Executive to expand our waterproofing business in the Hyderabad region. The candidate will be responsible for site visits, client interaction, and business development on the ground level .

• Visit construction sites, residential & commercial projects
• Identify potential clients and generate leads
• Explain company products/services
• Conduct site inspections and suggest suitable solutions
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal team
• Follow up with leads and close deals (site locking)
• Maintain daily visit reports and updates
• Support in market research and competitor analysis

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• 1–3 years of field sales / site work experience (Construction/Waterproofing preferred)
• Must know Hindi + English + Local Language (Telugu)
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis
• Basic knowledge of construction or building materials is a plus
