Role Description The Role You will own the visual and product design language of Common Thread from day one.

You will shape how our brand feels, looks, fits, moves, and lives across apparel, accessories, and pet products. This is a builder role. A rare opportunity to create an Indian brand with global design ambition.

Who You Are 5 years in apparel, accessories, soft goods, or lifestyle product design Graphic designer Strong portfolio of products that feel premium, thoughtful, and commercially viable Experience with D2C, luxury, sportswear, lifestyle, or design-led consumer brands Deep understanding of materials, fit, trims, construction, and manufacturing Strong taste. Strong opinions. Zero ego.
