Lead, Tech (Web Infrastructure)

WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY: In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of products, including modern build tools, scalable web components, mobile infrastructure and development, real-time infrastructure using Web Workers and Web Assembly, complex business components, dev productivity tools, deployment tools, elastic-based search components, and many other interesting products. You will play a vital role in ensuring that we build high-quality products that are used by almost everyone in the firm. As a mentor, you will be responsible for guiding junior developers and engineers who share a passion for building innovative solutions.

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in setting the team's vision and building products with the end user in mind, all while maintaining a focus on excellence and continuous improvement. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate should hold - Basic qualifications: %00; A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience %00; 4 years of industry experience and more than 3 years of professional experience in web technologies %00; Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) %00; Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail %00; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities %00; The ability to stay current with emerging web technologies and best practices
