GCP Solutions Leader (Presales & Solutioning)\nExperience Range: 12 to 20 Years\nLocation: PAN India\n\nRequired Technical Skill Set:\nGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP), Cloud Architecture, Cloud Migration & Modernization, Hybrid & Multi‑Cloud, Security & Compliance, Cost Optimization, DevOps & Data Services\n\nDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)\n\n• Demonstrated leadership in GCP solutioning, deal shaping and executive presales\n• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder RFP/RFI/RFQ pursuits and bid governance\n• Ability to define target architecture and transformation roadmap (migration, modernization and cloud-native) on GCP\n• Strong commercial leadership: pricing strategy, TCO/ROI, risk assumptions, value articulation and negotiation support\n• Executive-level customer engagement: run CxO workshops, steer solution defenses and influence decision-making\n• Ability to mentor and guide solution architects/presales teams; set standards, review quality and coach outcomes\nGood-to-Have\n• Experience building and leading regional cloud presales communities (hiring, onboarding, capability building)\n• Experience with European customers, regional compliance, data residency and regulated industries\n• Exposure to multi-cloud strategy and operating models (GCP + Azure/AWS) including governance and landing zones\n• GCP certifications (Professional Cloud Architect / DevOps Engineer) and partner ecosystem exposure\n\nResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role\n\nProvide regional leadership as the GCP Presales & Solutioning Lead for Europe, owning strategy, priorities and outcomes across strategic and large deals.\n\nEstablish and run bid governance for GCP pursuits (RFP/RFI/RFQ/RFS and proactive deals), ensuring solution quality, compliance, win themes and stakeholder alignment.\n\nPartner with Sales, Regional Leadership, Enterprise Architects and Delivery to shape account plans, pursue whitespace and build a high-performing presales operating rhythm.\n\nTranslate customer business outcomes into end-to-end solution blueprints, reference architectures and roadmaps that are scalable, secure and cost-effective.\n\nOwn commercial leadership for solutioning: estimation governance, cost modeling, pricing strategy, assumptions, risk management, and TCO/ROI/value cases for executive decisioning.\n\nLead executive customer engagements—workshops, boardroom presentations, solution walkthroughs and defenses—and represent the organization as the trusted cloud advisor.\n\nProvide leadership on security, compliance and data residency; ensure solutions meet European regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.\n\nBuild and manage strategic relationships with GCP, alliance partners and internal stakeholders to co-create differentiated offerings and accelerate deal velocity.\n\nDrive regional capability building—standardize solution assets, create repeatable playbooks, mentor talent, and measure performance (pipeline influence, win rate, solution quality).\n\nKind Regards,\nPriyankha M
