Roles & Responsibilities: Adaptive Reporting Consultant\nResponsible for client deliverables of medium-high complexity work with quality check\nEngage in pre-sales activities, client POCs\nUse Consulting skills, business knowledge, and Workday expertise to elevate and realize success in the client’s Workday journey.\nEngage with Project Manager, Onshore Lead and Clients to understand the Project Scope and manage the workstream\nCoordinate with external and internal stakeholders to create high business impact\nResponsible for key deliverables and engage with Managers/Associate Directors to understand the project scope, business requirements and work with onshore and offshore teams to do successful delivery.\nDesign and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help organizations optimize their HR and Finance functions and enhance their employees’ experiences.\nCertifications\nAdaptive Insights Planning certification\nAdaptive Insights Platform certification\n\nExperience & Background\nQualification should be BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA/MCA.\n6-10 years of experience in IT\nProfessional Experience of at least 3 years in implementing or supporting Workday\nMinimum 3+ years of functional financials experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or other ERP financial management systems.\n2+ years’ experience with HRIS applications and report development tools such as Business Objects, Crystal, and Workday Report Writer\nShould have participated in Plan and Architect phase and must have experience in performing this role, having at least 2 Implementations.\n\nRequired Skills/Experience:\nExperience in designing, building, and testing reports in Workday around functional areas\nAbility to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership\n•Must have good experience on working with excel sheets and excel sheet formulas.\nShould have good knowledge on planning Versions, Model sheets, Cube sheets and shared formulas.\nAbility to build Office Connect Reports and Dashboards for better analysis of data and visualizing trends\nHave HCM / Finance Functional module knowledge\n\nPreferred Skills/Experience:\nGood to have Reporting certification / composite reporting certification\nGood to have experience on any Financial Planning tool.\n\nLocation- Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurgaon
