The Role
We’re looking for a designer with 5+ years of experience who is ready to independently lead projects and take real ownership.
You’ll be expected to:
- Lead residential projects from concept to handover
- Handle clients confidently and independently
- Oversee drawings and detailing quality
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants
- Guide junior designers
- Bring structure and clarity to workflows
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility and wants to grow into a strong leadership position within a boutique studio.
