Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & CRM Executive based in Faridabad. The Sales & CRM Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, managing customer retention initiatives, and delivering insights through data analysis to support sales and customer relationship management.

We are looking for a Sales cum CRM Executive from an automotive background or a true car enthusiast who understands cars and can confidently interact with customers both online and offline.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling (Walk-ins)

Attend walk-in customers at the store

Explain services like detailing, coating, PPF, etc.

Understand customer needs and convert into sales

2. Digital Lead Management

Handle leads from Instagram, WhatsApp & calls

Quick response and regular follow-ups

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

3. Content Creation (Reels & Marketing)

Create engaging Instagram reels & videos of cars

Showcase before/after work, customer experience

Support marketing campaigns

4. CRM & After-Sales

Maintain customer database and follow-ups

Ensure excellent customer experience

Handle feedback and repeat business


Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Customer Retention skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Experience management abilities
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating sales data and customer insights
  • Passion for the automotive industry and willingness to stay updated on industry trends
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Prior experience in sales or CRM, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
