Inside Sales Specialist
Job Description
• Conduct discovery calls and gather detailed training or capability-building requirements.\n\n• Collaborate with solutioning and delivery teams to craft customized offerings.\n\n• Pass qualified opportunities to the key accounts/closing team, while remaining engaged for future revenue expansion.\n\n• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.\n\n• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly outreach and meeting-setting targets.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\n\n• Excellent communication, networking, and persuasion skills.\n\n• Familiarity with Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc\n\n• Any Graduation. Preferable - Bachelor's degree in Engineering\n\n• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or inside sales experience, preferably in IT training, SaaS, EdTech, or Enterprise IT Solutions.\n\n• Proven track record in setting up meetings with senior decision-makers in large organizations.\n\n• Strong understanding of enterprise structures, especially GCCs and corporate functions.\n\n• Highly self-driven, organized, and result-oriented\n\n• Prior experience working with L&D, HR, or business heads of enterprise clients.\n\n• Understanding of training needs in emerging technologies, digital transformation, or upskilling/reskilling mandates.\n\nWork Mode: This is a full-time\n\nPosition: Inside Sales Experience\n\nRequired: 3 – 5 Years\n\nIndustry Preference: IT Training, SaaS, EdTech, or Enterprise IT Solutions\n\nLocation: Bangalore (HSR Layout)
