Client Servicing Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Understand client requirements, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure timely fulfillment.
Manage day-to-day communication and address client queries promptly. Support in creating proposals, presentations, and reports as per client needs. Track project progress, timelines, and budgets while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Assist in resolving conflicts and handling escalations effectively. Maintain client satisfaction by regularly gathering feedback and improving service levels.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer-facing roles (agency experience preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Problem-solving attitude with keen attention to detail. Team player with a customer-first approach.
