Role Description

This is a full-time, headquarter and customer closing role based in Nashik for the Head of Sales. The individual will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve business goals, overseeing the team activities with reporting analysis to Managing Director , and developing effective sales strategies. Daily responsibilities include analyzing sales performance data, mentoring team members, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.


Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue goals and implement effective strategies
  • Proven experience like contacts with Licensing agent , engineering consultants and bridge contractors .
  • Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for assessing sales analytics, forecasting, and making data-driven decisions .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in the bridge or building construction product technology sector or similar industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevantz field


Eligibility Criteria

1) Bridge or building construction product selling experience of more than 10 years .

2) Contacts with Bridge or building Construction contractors , engineering consultants and government licensing agents .

3) Team building know how .

4) Strong CRM with site management team .

5) Engineering technical grasping power just to sell the USP .

6) Flexibility in economical expenditure .

20 lakh to 30 Lakh CTC .
