Job Description

Job Summary:

To ensure accurate and timely preparation of MIS reports, support statutory and internal audits, ensure IFRS compliance, and deliver insightful dashboards and analytics using SAP and Power BI for informed management decision-making.


Qualifications & Experience:

Education: CA (First Attempt Candidate are preferred)

Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in MIS, audit handling, IFRS reporting, and ERP-based environments.

Experience in Real estate / Construction / Manufacturing / Large Corporate Environment Preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Management Reporting

  • Prepare periodic MIS reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, project-wise and entity-wise analysis.
  • Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and highlight variances with meaningful commentary.
  • Support senior management with ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations.

Statutory & Internal Audit

  • Coordinate and handle statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
  • Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Liaise with auditors and internal stakeholders for smooth audit execution.

IFRS Compliance

  • Ensure accounting and reporting in compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Assist in implementation of new IFRS standards and preparation of related disclosures.
  • Support consolidation, reconciliations, and reporting adjustments as per IFRS requirements.

ERP & Dashboard Reporting

  • Work on SAP (FICO / relevant modules) for financial reporting, reconciliations, and data extraction.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and automation of reports wherever possible.

Process Improvement & Controls

  • Strengthen financial controls and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Support SOP documentation and compliance with internal policies.


Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of MIS reporting, financial analysis, and audits

Hands-on experience with SAP

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis)

Good understanding of IFRS standards
