This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Executive at Neha Roongta Fine Jewellery, located in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets. Daily tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, presenting product offerings, managing client inquiries, handling sales documentation, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure successful order fulfillment. Additionally, the role involves identifying new business opportunities, contributing to sales strategies, and maintaining industry knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in client relationship management and delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to understand luxury products and communicate their value effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
- Previous experience in jewelry or luxury goods retail sales is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
