  • Drive sales growth and achieve zonal targets for Phaco & Diagnostic Equipment business.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process including lead generation, product demonstration, closure, and after-sales support.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, surgeons, key accounts, KOLs, and channel partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and train Technical Sales Engineers and Application Specialists to improve performance.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective utilization and tracking of demo equipment for maximum ROI and customer conversion.
  • Conduct regular field visits, joint customer meetings, and review sessions with the sales team.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts, lead reports, tour plans, and performance updates on time.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through ethical promotion, strong service support, and timely issue resolution.


Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Biomedical / Optometry / Life Sciences or related field.

10+ years of experience in Ophthalmic Equipment / Medical Device Sales.
