We’re looking for a Senior Creative Producer who can own the chaos and turn it into great work.

You’re the person who connects the idea to reality.

From the first spark in a pitch room to the final delivery going live—you’re on it.

• Crack briefs into sharp, culture-led ideas
• Build decks that don’t feel like homework
• Lead projects end-to-end (and keep them moving fast)
• Be the client’s go-to, without losing the creative edge
• Run shoots, content drops, and experiences like a pro
• Work with directors, creators, talent, and crews to make it all land
• Plug into AI tools/workflows to push speed + creative possibilities
• Handle talent & influencer deals without the drama
• Keep timelines tight, budgets tighter, and output premium

• You’ve spent 3–8 years in the mix—agency / production / branded content
• You can sell an idea and execute it
• You’re as comfortable in a pitch room as you are on set
• You get culture, trends, and what people actually engage with
• You don’t freeze when things go off-plan (because they will)
• You’re curious about AI + new ways of making content

• You’ll work on different kinds of brands, formats, and ideas
• You’ll help shape work from day zero—not just execute it
• You’ll be in a team that’s experimenting, not templating
• It’s fast, a little chaotic, and never predictable
