Structural Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for RCC, steel, and foundation systems
• Review and validate engineering outputs (based on experience level)
• Work on high-rise and mixed-use building projects
• Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with design codes (BS, ACI, Eurocode)
• Support design optimization and technical problem-solving
• Contribute to quality standards and project delivery timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering
• 6–18 years of relevant structural design experience
• Hands-on experience with ETABS, SAFE (or similar tools)
• Strong understanding of structural systems and design principles
• Good communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred

• Experience in high-rise or complex building projects
• Exposure to international standards or GCC projects
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
