IT Security Governance Coordinator
Job Description
Responsibilities: Liaise with other Global IT teams to support the organization of arbitration committees. Produce, publish, and maintain supporting documentation for Global IT Security Governance’s committees. Manage accesses and follow-up on key governance platforms Contribute to the definition & deployment of the Security Awareness Program Produce phishing simulation campaigns, associated learning experiences and related KPIs/reporting Liaise with local Heads of IT Security on Global IT Security Governance projects and collect feedbacks for improvement pertaining to Governance’s key projects projects.
Contribute to the optimization Global information & System Security team’s processes and documentations (i.e: GED, MSB, IT Admin Charter…). Process requests to approve externals’ accesses to Sodexo collaborative tools. Required Skills: BS in Computer Science or MIS, MS in Computer Science or MIS is preferred.
1 years of experience in Information Security management (Entry Level). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage and interact with people at all levels of the organization. Strong attention to details.
