Engineering manager

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager / Engineering Lead with a proven growth journey from developer to leader in fast-paced product or Saa S companies.

This role requires a strong balance of technical depth, people leadership, and execution ownership, working closely with business and product teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end engineering delivery across projects Work closely with business teams to deliver complete solutions Provide technical leadership in design, development, and system integration Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams Manage change, priorities, and cross-team dependencies effectively Drive capacity planning, resource allocation, and execution timelines Improve engineering productivity, quality, and operational efficiency Recruit, develop, and retain strong engineering talent

Desired Profile

Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field from a renowned institute 6–10+ years of experience with clear growth from developer to lead/manager Strong technical background with hands-on system design experience Proven people management experience, managing 10+ engineers Experience driving engineering efforts cross-functionally Subject Matter Expert in one or more product domains Excellent communication and leadership skills Healthcare or Insurance domain experience is a plus, not mandatory
