Assistant General Manager Marketing

We are hiring for an AGM Marketing role with a with a well-established real estate conglomerate based in Bangalore.\n\nPosition: AGM – Marketing\n\nLocation: Bangalore\n\nIndustry: Real Estate / Residential Business\n\nRole Overview:\n\nThe role is responsible for driving brand strategy, project marketing, go-to-market execution, lead generation, and revenue-focused marketing initiatives across residential projects. The position will work closely with Sales and Leadership teams to strengthen brand visibility, improve customer engagement, and accelerate business growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n• Lead brand building and strategic positioning initiatives for residential projects\n\n• Drive project launches, sustenance campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives\n\n• Manage ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, Events, and Performance Marketing activities\n\n• Develop and execute revenue-driven lead generation and customer acquisition strategies\n\n• Manage channel partner marketing, digital campaigns, and customer engagement programs\n\n• Monitor marketing ROI, sales velocity, lead conversion, and campaign performance\n\n• Lead agency management, media planning, branding, and communication strategy\n\n• Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Projects, and Leadership teams for business alignment\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile:\n\n• Min 10 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within Real Estate\n\n• Strong exposure to residential project launches and brand management\n\n• Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Campaign Management, and Lead Generation\n\n• Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets and multi-channel campaigns\n\n• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills\n\n• Exposure to multi-city or PAN India portfolios will be an added advantage\n\nFor this above URGENT opening please advise if you would be interested to discuss further for the role.
