The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, security, and efficiency of HR data, support system users, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements that align with organizational needs.\n\nRole Responsibilities –\nAdminister daily operations supporting requests and inquiries submitted to the HR organization, including employment verifications, onboarding, time and leave, policies and procedures, and other simple and complex requests that may require research and follow-up for resolution\nAdminister daily operations of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security.\nConduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.\nManage user access, permissions, and role-based security settings.\nImplement system updates, patches, and new features in collaboration with IT and vendor support.\nCustomize and configure HRIS modules to support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, and reporting.\nProvide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system problems promptly.\nDevelop and deliver training materials and sessions for HR staff and other system users.\nGenerate standard and custom reports to facilitate HR decision-making.\nAnalyze data trends and provide insights to HR leadership\nParticipate in system upgrade projects, testing, and documentation.\nEnsure HR data management complies with GDPR, and other relevant regulations.\nMaintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.\n\nQualification –\n4-6 years of HR systems administration/HR operations experience.\nProficiency in reporting, data analysis, and system troubleshooting.\nKnowledge of GDPR and data security compliance standards.\nAbility to mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.\nBachelor’s degree - Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.\nProven experience administering HRIS or HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)\nStrong understanding of HR processes and data management.\nProficiency in database management, reporting tools, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, etc.).\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
