The role focuses on developing strong corporate partnerships across the assigned region, enhancing employability outcomes, and supporting strategic career services initiatives aligned with institutional goals.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n1. Corporate Engagement & Industry Partnerships\n\n- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporates, Fortune 500 companies, large enterprises, unicorns, and high‐growth startups in the assigned region.\n\n- Expand the employer network across domains relevant to UG/PG programmes — data science, financial services, fintech, consulting, creative industries, arts, media, and technology.\n\n- Drive industry collaborations: guest lectures, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, and competitions.\n\n- Maintain a comprehensive domain‐wise corporate contact database for the university.\n\n- Represent the University of Bristol's Mumbai Enterprise Campus at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.\n\n2. Placements & Internships\n\n- Develop annual placement strategies for both UG and PG cohorts.\n\n- Source and collect job descriptions, hiring requirements, and skill expectations from employers.\n\n- Ensure internship placements, especially those likely to convert into final job offers.\n\n- Facilitate summer internships, live projects, industry immersions, and capstone project partnerships.\n\n3.
Operations & Campus Coordination\n\n- Collaborate with faculty, marketing, admissions, and academic services.\n\n- Coordinate logistics for recruitment activities—interviews, assessments, virtual/physical campus drives.\n\n- Support with outreach to enhance the University of Bristol's visibility.\n\n- Share regional industry trends, hiring insights, and feedback with leadership and students.\n\nKey Deliverables\n\n- Annual placement target achievement for UG and PG programmes.\n\n- Growth in active corporate partnerships.\n\n- Successful execution of internships, live projects, and placement drives.\n\n- Strengthening cross-industry visibility of Bristol Mumbai Enterprise Campus.\n\n- Regular reporting on placement status, market insights, and outreach performance.\n\nDesired Candidate Profile\n\n- 6+ years of experience in Corporate Relations / B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management.\n\n- Strong network across industries relevant to the university's programmes.\n\n- Experience in placements, career services, or campus hiring preferred.\n\n- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.\n\n- Target orientation and ability to work independently and collaboratively.\n\n- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly\n\n- Openness to travel extensively.
