This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset with a deep focus on improving web and mobile funnels, enhancing user interactions, and scaling impact through systematic experimentation and data-led decision making.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong product sense, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration skills to optimize user journeys end-to-end, from landing pages to lead engagement touchpoints, while bringing a scalable, frameworks-first approach to growth initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle across our digital surfaces, from opportunity identification and hypothesis generation to experiment implementation and performance tracking.\nIdentify and unlock opportunities to improve conversion rates across the funnel, with sharp focus on drop-off points and engagement metrics.\nDrive mobile-first optimization, ensuring performance, experience, and usability for a large base of mobile users.\nOptimize and evolve all major web touchpoints, including Landing pages (pure and campaign-driven) / Category and product discovery pages / Microsites and sub-domain journeys\nElevate lead engagement and conversion mechanisms, such as: Chatbots and conversational flows / Advisor connectivity and lead response models / Page-level engagement elements and CTAs\nLead the design of scalable systems and frameworks to avoid ad hoc or one-off implementations and enable faster iteration across teams.\nEstablish and embed an experimentation culture by building frameworks for A/B testing and controlled rollouts across: Conversion rate optimization / Layouts, content hierarchy, and messaging / CTA placements and journey orchestration\nCollaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, growth, revenue and engineering teams to execute growth initiatives and drive measurable business impact.\nUse data as the primary driver of decision-making, defining success metrics, setting up analytics instrumentation, and continuously iterating based on performance trends.\nBring a structured approach to prioritization and roadmap development, balancing quick wins with scalable, long-term initiatives.\n\nKey Skills and Qualifications\n\n5–10 years of Product Management experience, preferably in growth, funnel optimization, or digital conversion roles.\nProven track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, or retention metrics.\nDeep understanding of web and mobile UX, including frameworks for testing and iterative enhancement.\nExperience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely, VWO) and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4).\nComfortable working across web CMS environments, marketing technologies, and CRM tools.\nStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams - engineering, design, marketing, data/analytics, and revenue.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable hypotheses and experiments.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing strategy and execution across teams.\nStrong bias for action, ownership, and measurable outcomes.\nMBA or advanced degree preferred, though not mandatory for candidates with exceptional experience in growth or product optimization.\n\nEmeritus provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.\n\nIn press:\nhttps://inc42.com/buzz/edtech-startup-eruditus-fy23-revenue-crosses-inr-3000-cr-mark/\nemeritus harvard business school: Edtech unicorn Emeritus story now a Harvard Business School case …
