Job Description

Oversee administration of office and sites to ensure smooth functioning and zero\ncomplaints\nEnsure proper maintenance of facilities such as AC, lifts, and water coolers with no\nbreakdowns\nMaintain high standards of housekeeping and hygiene at office and site locations\nentify, negotiate, and finalize vendors for housekeeping, contractors, and AMC services\nEnsure timely renewal of vendor contracts and agreements\nPlan and manage events efficiently without operational issues\nImplement cost-saving and cost-cutting measures\nLiaise with statutory and civil authorities (Municipal Corporation, Collector Office, Police,\netc.)\nObtain necessary permissions and licenses for uninterrupted operations\nEnsure compliance with all statutory requirements to avoid penalties or fines\nCoordinate implementation of HR policies from Head Office\nManage employee leave, attendance, and records for the Pune region\nPrepare accurate salary data and ensure timely wage distribution\nSupport HR activities such as recruitment, interviews, and training\nEnsure compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory obligations\nManage petty cash with accuracy and integrity\nMaintain same-day cash balance and proper documentation\nRequirements:\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in facility management\nStrong knowledge of administration and facility operations\nExcellent vendor negotiation and management skills\nUnderstanding of statutory compliance and regulatory requirements\nExperience in HR coordination (attendance, payroll, leave management)\nStrong communication and interpersonal abilities\nHigh attention to detail and multitasking skills\nKnowledge of petty cash handling and record-keeping\nEthical, responsible, and trustworthy approach to financial handling
