About Position:
We are seeking a passionate AI/GenAI Engineer to support the development and deployment of advanced AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers to design, build, and scale AI components, focusing on Generative AI, prompt engineering, and automation of experimentation workflows.

What You'll Do:
- Assist in building and deploying AI/GenAI features across applications and platforms
- Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based use cases
- Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, open-source LLMs) into existing systems
- Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for knowledge-based solutions
- Support creation of evaluation frameworks to measure model performance, accuracy, and reliability
- Collaborate with senior engineers to build scalable, reusable AI components and services
- Automate experimentation workflows including prompt tuning, model testing, and result tracking
- Work with structured/unstructured data for AI model inputs and outputs
- Participate in debugging, fine-tuning, and optimization of GenAI solutions
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs (GPT, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Experience in prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
- Understanding of model evaluation metrics and experimentation frameworks
- Exposure to APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Basic understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of ML Ops / AI Ops practices
- Exposure to fine-tuning LLMs
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
