Role Overview

The Associate Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for supporting clients in effectively using the Superset platform, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries via email and phone.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions using the platform.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reported issues.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, including FAQs and knowledge base articles.


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technical support environment is preferred.
