Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Writing & Content Development Research, write, edit, and refine content across formats, including social media, website copy, thought leadership, campaign messaging, presentations, blogs, video scripts, emailers, and executive communication Translate complex business and technology topics into clear, engaging, and structured narratives Support messaging, storytelling, and campaign ideation across client accounts Understand client industries, competitors, market trends, and business context to improve relevance and depth of content 2. Content Quality & Delivery Ensure all content is accurate, well-written, insight-led, and aligned to client expectations Adhere to delivery timelines and turnaround expectations across multiple projects Minimize errors, rework, and inconsistencies through strong attention to detail Maintain high editorial standards with zero tolerance for plagiarism, factual inaccuracies, or careless mistakes 3.
Collaboration & Responsiveness Work closely with account managers, designers, strategists, and content leads across projects Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, reviews, and feedback discussions Be responsive, proactive, and collaborative in fast-moving project environments Support teams during high-priority or time-sensitive delivery situations when required 4. Research, AI & Continuous Learning Use research, AI tools, and modern content workflows responsibly to improve speed, depth, and efficiency Stay updated on business, technology, digital, AI, and marketing trends relevant to client industries Continuously improve writing quality, storytelling ability, and strategic thinking Desired Skills & Experience 3–6 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, editorial, or communication roles within an agency, media, startup, or marketing environment Strong writing and editing skills across both short-form and long-form formats Ability to understand and simplify complex business or technology topics Strong attention to detail and structured thinking Curiosity about brands, business, marketing, technology, and storytelling Comfortable working across multiple accounts and deadlines Ability to take feedback positively and improve quickly Must-Haves Strong portfolio of writing samples across different formats Excellent command of written English Ability to think contextually and strategically — not just grammatically Comfort working in a collaborative agency environment High ownership mindset and willingness to learn Why Join Us You’ll work on serious brands and meaningful narratives, in a place that values thinking, ownership, curiosity, and strong creative judgment.
