Job Title: Database Administrator (MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL DBA)

Locations: Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad

Experience: 7–15 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Database Administrators (DBA) with strong expertise in MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in database administration, performance tuning, backup & recovery, troubleshooting, and production support in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases
• Manage database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Handle backup, recovery, replication, and high availability configurations
• Monitor database health and ensure maximum uptime and reliability
• Perform database patching, upgrades, and migrations
• Work closely with application and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
• Implement database security, access controls, and compliance standards
• Support production environments and resolve critical incidents

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• MongoDB Administration
• MySQL DBA
• PostgreSQL DBA
• Expertise in:
• Performance tuning & query optimization
• Backup & recovery strategies
• Replication & clustering
• Database monitoring tools
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments
• Good understanding of database security and high availability architecture
• Experience in production support environments

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP
• Experience with database automation and scripting
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with large-scale enterprise databases

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
