Job Title: Retail Project Manager (Civil Engineer)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Civil Engineer to manage and execute retail store projects from concept to completion. This role involves overseeing site execution, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that every project is delivered with precision, quality, and alignment to brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of retail store projects
Coordinate with architects, designers, and internal teams
Supervise site work and ensure quality standards are maintained
Handle vendor and contractor management
Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
Monitor budgets and control project costs
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Conduct site inspections and progress reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
1 year of experience in retail/commercial project execution
Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
Experience in interior fit-outs / retail store setups is a plus
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple sites/projects
Preferred Skills
Experience in luxury retail or showroom projects
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing
Basic understanding of drawings (AutoCAD)
Strong problem-solving approach on-site.
