Center Manager

The ideal candidate should be smart, organized, sales-focused, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle complete day-to-day management of the center Drive admissions, counselling, follow-ups, and sales conversions Manage student experience from enquiry to onboarding Supervise front desk, counsellors, coordinators, and support staff Coordinate faculty schedules, batches, classrooms, and training calendars Ensure smooth operations and proper execution across all departments Track leads, revenue targets, and daily performance reports Maintain discipline, professionalism, and overall center culture Solve operational issues quickly and efficiently Work closely with management for growth planning and execution Requirements: 5 years in center management / branch management / operations / sales leadership roles Strong communication and people management skills Excellent sales and conversion ability Someone who can take ownership instead of waiting for instructions Confident personality with leadership qualities Good organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable handling targets and team pressure Prior experience in education, training institutes, clinics, hospitality, or service industry is preferred
