Senior Product Manager

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the next phase of our Automation & Agent Platform. You will evolve our existing automation platform (RPA + API) and define the roadmap for an AI-native agent orchestration layer that hosts, manages, monitors, and scales intelligent

agents across the RCM lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the automation platform – drive reliability, efficacy, payer coverage expansion, and client go-lives.
• Define the product vision for the Agent Orchestration Platform – agent lifecycle, skill registry, orchestration patterns, and monitoring.
• Design agent guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, and confidence-based routing for safe execution.
• Define and drive the automation measurement funnel (Task Volume → Attempted → Processed → Completed) across agents.
• Write PRDs, run sprint planning, and collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams.
• Present product strategy to senior leadership and CXO stakeholders; manage cross-functional alignment.
• Mentor associate PMs and analysts on the team.

MUST HAVE

• 8–12 years in product management, with 3+ years in platform or infrastructure product roles.
• Strong analytical mindset – data-driven decision-making, ability to define metrics frameworks, root-cause analysis, and funnel thinking.
• Excellent stakeholder management – proven ability to influence without authority, align engineering/ops/client teams, and communicate at CXO level.
• Experience defining platform APIs, developer-facing products, or workflow/orchestration systems.
• Solid grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and observability concepts.
• Ability to write clear PRDs and translate complex technical concepts for business audiences.
