Production Planning Control Manager – Industrial Infrastructure Projects

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 8–15 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time


We are hiring a Project Planning Manager to work directly with the Founders on large-scale industrial infrastructure, mechanical systems, utility piping, and manufacturing projects.

The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end project planning, production planning & control, coordination, scheduling, vendor tracking, and execution monitoring across manufacturing and project deployment activities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and execution plans
  • Drive Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities across manufacturing operations
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, vendors, and site teams
  • Track fabrication, material procurement, delivery timelines, production output, and installation progress
  • Monitor project risks, bottlenecks, delays, and critical path activities
  • Drive project reviews, MIS reporting, and execution updates for leadership
  • Ensure alignment between planning, production, logistics, and execution teams
  • Support execution planning for industrial mechanical and utility infrastructure projects


Required Experience


8–15 years of experience in:

  • Project Planning
  • Production Planning & Control (PPC)
  • EPC Projects
  • HVAC / Mechanical Projects
  • Industrial Infrastructure
  • Manufacturing Operations
  • Utility / Process Piping Projects


Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:

  • Steel Pipes / Tubes industry
  • Industrial utility infrastructure
  • Mechanical EPC execution
  • Manufacturing and fabrication environments
  • Process piping projects
  • Large infrastructure projects


Skills Required

  • Primavera P6 / MS Project
  • Strong project scheduling and PPC capabilities
  • Vendor and stakeholder management
  • Excellent coordination and execution tracking skills
  • Strong reporting and documentation capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership
