Job Summary
The Faculty PGDM contributes to the overall academic excellence and industry relevance of the program by fostering an engaging, innovative, and student-centric learning environment. The role emphasizes developing students analytical, practical, and professional competencies while supporting the institution’s academic standards and strategic objectives through contemporary teaching and research practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver PGDM courses using innovative, interactive, and industry-relevant teaching methodologies
- Design, develop, and continuously update curriculum in line with emerging industry trends and academic advancements
- Maintain an active research profile with publications in reputed journals (ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science, or equivalent)
- Mentor and guide students in academic progression, career development, and research initiatives
- Engage with industry stakeholders for collaborations, live projects, guest lectures, and workshops
- Contribute to institutional development through participation in academic committees, accreditation processes, and strategic initiatives
- Promote experiential learning through case studies, simulations, and real-world applications
Qualifications & Experience
General Requirements:
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline (mandatory)
- 4–5 years of experience in academia, research, or industry
- Strong research track record with recent publications in reputed indexed journals (ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in student mentoring, curriculum design, and innovative teaching practices
For Business Analytics Specialization:
- Master’s / M.Phil. / Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- PGDM or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools, quantitative techniques, and applied business research preferred
