As an organization with a culture of inclusiveness and innovation, we focus on bringing out the best in people by empowering them with technology, skills and opportunities.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and standardize new food products in line with customer requirements and business objectives.\nConduct product trials, recipe formulation, and process optimization for new and existing products.\nWork closely with Sales, Commercial, Operations, QA, and Production teams for successful product development and commercialization.\nPrepare product specifications, recipes, BOMs, and process parameters for production implementation.\nCoordinate customer sample preparation, presentation, and feedback incorporation.\nEnsure developed products meet quality, food safety, regulatory, and customer standards.\nSupport factory trials and first commercial production runs to ensure product consistency.\nConduct sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies for developed products.\nIdentify innovative ingredients, market trends, and new product opportunities relevant to business growth.\nOptimize recipes for cost, yield, taste, texture, and operational feasibility.\nMaintain proper documentation related to product development activities and trial records.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives for existing products and processes.\nCoordinate with procurement team for sourcing and evaluation of new raw materials and ingredients.\nEnsure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company food safety standards during product development activities.\nProvide technical support during customer visits, audits, presentations, and product demonstrations.\nTrain production teams on new recipes, cooking methods, plating, and product handling requirements where applicable.\nMonitor competitor products and industry trends to support innovation pipeline development.\nParticipate in cross-functional meetings related to product launches, customer complaints, and improvement initiatives.\nManage Yield and monitor daily production
