Our ecosystem spans movies, music, You Tube channels, and original IPs, reaching millions of viewers across India and global Punjabi audiences. We have been a part of 500+ movies across all languages.
Role Overview -We're looking for a Digital Growth Manager to lead the growth and monetization of our movies, songs, and entertainment content across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands You Tube and Meta deeply, has experience managing content pipelines, and knows how to turn content into views, revenue, and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities -Manage end-to-end digital content lifecycle (uploading, optimization, publishing)Drive You Tube channel growth (SEO, thumbnails, retention strategy, CTR optimization)Oversee performance across You Tube, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram & other platforms Work closely with editors, designers & social media marketers to optimize content output Plan and execute content strategies for maximum reach & engagement Monitor analytics and improve watch time, impressions, and monetization
Who We're Looking For -Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital content management / You Tube growth Strong understanding of You Tube algorithm, SEO, thumbnails, and audience behaviour Experience working with content teams (editors, marketers, designers)Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in You Tube Studio & platform insights Ability to take ownership and drive channel growth & revenue Must understand Punjabi language & audience
