Architect / Draftsman - Apprenticeship

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Preparation of architectural drawings in CAD / Revit in alignment with industry-standard Levels of Development (LOD).
• Preparation of Electrical/ELV/Plumbing/fire/HVAC Ducting drawing on Architectural bas layout
• Develop 3D Rendered architectural and structural models using Enscape /BIM software such as
• Revit.
• Create both parametric and non-parametric Revit families tailored to client specifications.
• Model architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure design accuracy and integration.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external architects to meet project requirements.
• Produce detailed as-built models for project delivery.
• Evaluate Bill of Quantities
• Maintaining Drawing log and Record
• Site inspection visit as and when necessary to map the project scope.
