Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai (Kandivali East)

Salary: ₹4 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Friday


About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to support business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing sales opportunities. This role involves both outbound and inbound sales activities, along with effectively communicating HR Tech solutions and collaborating with internal teams to convert leads into business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and email campaigns
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and move them through the sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities
  • Develop a strong understanding of products and solutions
  • Communicate product value propositions clearly to prospective clients
  • Handle initial client queries and coordinate with internal teams for demos and discussions
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Continuously improve communication, negotiation, and prospecting skills


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
